1. How to order

You can either email to (sales@hqartgallery.com) or fax (+66) 53 814 719 an order to us.
Please complete the order form.
We will then confirm the order availability, total price including postage and explain how to pay.

2. Payment

Prices are quoted in US $. Payment in baht is available only to customers within Thailand
(please contact us for conversion rate).

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or JCB card.
When we confirm your order we will explain how to send your card details by a secure method.

For customers in Thailand please deposit payment to our bank. You can select either of the following accounts.

3. Packing,despatch and delivery

Paintings will be rolled carefully and put inside a sturdy cardboard tube.

Your purchase will be despatched as soon as possible and always within two working days
of payment receipt.

Delivery time by FedEx is generally 3-5 working days after despach.
Delivery by seamail will take 30-60 days after despatch.

Carriage

Please note that we make no profit on shipping charges.

We highly recommend that you select FedEx rather than seamail for the carriage
of your valuable purchase. Our Fedex prices are heavily discounted
from regular rates. Fedex is fast, safe and the paintings are insured (see 'insurance' below).

We will calculate the exact carriage cost by FedEx or seamail on receipt of your order
and will confirm the total amount on our invoice to you.

As a GUIDE only, the following are the comparative costs of FedEx and seamail
to different areas of the world (based on three large paintings). Actual prices may be different.

Note: sales within Thailand are subject to VAT at 7%
Carriage within Thailand is by EMS, 100 baht charge anywhere in the kingdom.

4. Insurance

Paintings that we send to you by FedEx are insured and in the event of loss or damage
during transit we will reimburse the full amount that you paid to us. We strongly recommend that you choose this option.

Paintings that are sent by seamail cannot be insured and we accept no liability whatsoever
for loss or damage that may occur during seamail transit.
